Strength & conditioning training for age 11 to adults

Performance

We train for maximum torque out of the gate, maximum power on the track and core stability to increase your track speed.

Resilience 

Crashing is inevitable. We train to make you more resilient.

The exercises you will learn:

1. Olympic based movements like squat & clean

2. Plyometric movements like box jumps

3. Pull and push exercises such as bench press and pull ups

4. A range of core exercises

5. Accessory exercises for injury prevention

All exercises are adapted for maximum transfer to the track.

Online programming plus weekly sessions
