PLEASE READ As per our Booking Terms and Conditions, TrainerMaker must receive at least 4 weeks notice to transfer to different attendance dates (if applicable) to avoid losing your full course fee. If you need to transfer to different course dates, this is free of charge for your first transfer as long as you transfer sooner than 4 weeks prior to the first day. For ALL subsequent transfers a £125 transfer fee is payable. If the course includes workshops, you will be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, however, please ensure you let us know if for any reason you cannot participate in practical activities. In the unlikely event that TrainerMaker has to cancel workshops, we will do so at least 2 weeks prior to the first day and will offer you a choice of alternative dates for the same course. If these dates are not suitable for you TrainerMaker will provide a refund up to the value of the course (minus any resources you have received, unless they can be returned in unopened and unused condition - elearning is non-refundable). Transportation and accommodation costs will not be covered. We therefore recommend that you do not book any accommodation or transport further than 2 weeks in advance of the course. At the end of your course, certificates can take up to 3 months to process due to internal and external quality assurance processes. Please confirm that you understand the payment terms above, that you take part in regular exercise sessions in the discipline chosen, and that all of your questions regarding the course have been answered.
